Whether managing its own design and build projects or those of other garden designers or developers, the project management team provide a comprehensive service to ensure everything goes according to plan.
The project manager will be responsible for scheduling the construction works in conjunction with the landscaping team, and will handle all aspects of contract administration, document preparation, health and safety, and budget. Regular contract monitoring reports will be generated and analysed as part of this process and communicated to all relevant parties.
A key aspect of managing any contract is communication, and the project manager will attend and hold on-site meetings as required with the client, the designer, the construction team, and any other contactors or sub-contractors in order to co-ordinate and unify the global efforts of all involved, and to ensure the project runs smoothly, on schedule and on budget.
