The ‘before’ image shows a long garden which has to be divided to make it feel spacious. The walls are in good shape, the area at the back will be perfect for an outdoor office.
The design was completed in Vectorworks, the flatplan shows the basic structure and layout of the garden – featuring a daybed and simple rectangular raised beds which will be populated with cottage planting.
The construction is almost finished, showing all the new features in the garden including an outdoor office, a daybed and timber raised beds. After clearing off the site, it is ready to be planted.
The finished garden after the planting day. The cottage style perennial planting will shoot up within two months, softening the rectangular layout, trailing plants covering the edges of the raised beds.
