Building up a contemporary garden

Located in Fulham

When starting off a project, we indicate the lines of raised beds, steps, benches and other features of the garden. Walking amongst the colourful chalk lines helps imagining the future layout.

Once the hard landscaping starts, the garden starts to emerge: the horizontal battens will cover the old fencing and the reclaimed raised beds will give home to new planting.

The finished garden after the completion of the planting. The low-maintenance evergreen grasses and bamboo will give a soft edge to this contemporary design while the feature Acer tree gives interest throughout the seasons.

Putting on the finishing touches once the planting is in place: setting up the irrigation system and establishing the decorative and security lighting. Up- lighting is best to show features – like the bamboo stems.
